Important!

When documents are initially sent by fax, the documents in original will be sent to the correspondence address of N.C.S.C. or they will be brought at N.C.S.C. Registration Office.

Important!

  • Any document received by e-mail outside the working hours will be registered in the Received Documents Registration Book and N.C.S.C. will take it into account only in the first working day (at the first working hour).
  • When documents are initially sent by e-mail, the documents in original will be sent to the correspondence address of N.C.S.C. or they will be brought at N.C.S.C. Registration Office.
  • Any document sent to another e-mail address than the one indicated above, will be registered in the Received Documents Registration Book and N.C.S.C. will take it into account, only the moment the document is brought to N.C.S.C. Registration Office. All the responsibility for the time delays between the communication of those documents and their registration at the Registration Office will be borne by the sender.
